Athletic Performance enhances a player/athletes all round fitness levels and specifically look at areas of strengths (to make them stronger) and areas of weakness (to eradicate theses weaknesses). We focus on developing Coordination, Speed, Agility, Balance, Stability, Speed Endurance, Power, Strength, Stamina and Flexibility.

Our goal is to give our students the technique, training and confidence they need in order to become successful athletes in  any sport. Our program is flexible (weekly academy's, training days and 1 to 1 training. Our teachers are the best in their field, all with sport science qualifications. I hold a masters in Sports Performance (University of Limerick), a masters in Strength and Conditioning (Setanta & LIT) and a masters in Coaching & Exercise Science (UCD). These qualifications plus 30 years of coaching experience gives me the skillset and knowledge to help all young athletes/players reach their potential.

We then focus on opportunities to make the player/athlete more effective when playing and more more efficiently on match day. Sometimes training can be general(several components) and sometimes training needs to be specific (speed, power etc).
